Long ago, in the times when the gods and goddesses ruled the Earth, with sorcerers, warlords and grotesque beasts. Dragons flew in the skies and these lands were in turmoil. The world cried out for heroes. With sword in hand, these women warriors were forged in the heat of battle. Powerful, fearless and strong with their hearts full of passion to protect the people from these cruel atrocities. This calendar is dedicated to those warrior princesses.

As a coppersmith, I have worked with most metals and on many
different projects. From whisky stills to aircrafts, custom chasing to doors.

A few years back I saw a picture of Jennifer Lopez on the cover of the Rolling Stone magazine. She was wearing a metal type bikini. Wow I thought! Well who wouldn’t? So I started to make form fitting copper bikini armour. There was such a huge response that i decided to do this calendar.

I met Don Horbach, a photographer through a mutual friend of ours and he jumped at the chanced to get on board. Don has had lots of
experiences which started back in 1981.

Although beautiful girls, metal armours, a sword and nature presents a whole new set of problems. Cold, wet and bug bites too. What these girls had to put up with for us. Way to go girls! We hope that you have as much fun looking at the calendar as we did producing it.
